About BeComFe

BeComFe property services was founded in 2014. Since the beginning we have seen the value in providing excellent and up to date homes. We have a number of properties in our portfolio and have renovated most of them. We have experience and education in sourcing and managing single lets and houses of multiple occupancy. We use a variety of strategies to acquire the properties and have a trustworthy and reliable team of professionals we always work with. You can rely on us to provide excellent service.
We work with other investors using a variety of innovative strategies.
We provide safe and comfortable accommodation offering real homes for our customers.
We ensure we maintain an ethical approach to housing solutions by offering a fair exchange of accommodation and service that will enhance the customer experience.
We comply with legal requirements and the requirements of our regulatory bodies to provide the best possible service.
We charge 10% for any property management we conduct.

Property problem solving

We are educated and experienced in resolving a multitude of issues that face landlords at this current time. Get in touch and tell us your problem. We can resolve issues around section 24, the ban on tenant fees, problem tenants and voids. 
We could ‘rent’ your property off you and rent it onto tenants using a strategy called Rent To Rent. This is not subletting as in law we will act as a management service. This strategy can be used to avoid all four problems mentioned above if used in the correct way and continue to create a cash flow. Under our management we pay our ‘rent’ regardless of any voids we experience. The rental price we offer is mostly similar to the market rental value. We are even interested in commercial property and under-performing B&Bs.
We may also buy your problem property off you, leaving you free to invest in more profitable assets. If you do not want to sell straight away or would like a higher price, we can offer a purchase price which we can complete on in the future or if you need a quick sale, we can buy for cash immediately.

Investment

Banks are tightening their belts. Interest on cash in bank accounts today is often lower than the rate of inflation. This means money sitting in the bank is literally eroding. Don’t let your money waste away, invest it with us. We can offer great interest rates on loans. We borrow money for short periods and return it in one lump sum, no hidden requirements. BeComFe Properties has been operating in Stoke-on-Trent since its conception, we have specialist local knowledge in property and have an extensive external team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Including trades, letting and estate agents and a great legal team. We have been educated in the specifics required for packaging a great property deal. We are therefore well equipped to provide excellent property deals in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Farah Siddiqi

Strategic Planner
Extremely bossy person; enthusiastic challenge overcomer and director of tasks to other people.
First property investment at 18 when she attended university in 1981. Armed with a business plan, she was granted a 100% business loan to buy a house. She stuck to her strategy and left university with 2 unencumbered properties.       
Since 2013 she has bought 8 properties and renovated 5. She is now looking forward to escalating the success which the company has enjoyed so far! 

Sophia Meesha Tedaldi
BSc (hons) Psychology & MSc Research Methods.

Very Important Dogs Body and excellent tea maker.
Sophia has recently joined the company and she is working full time within it. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business and for sourcing deals and providers. Her master’s degree in research methods will prove invaluable when researching good quality deals.

Leah has recently graduated from Leeds University and is enjoying life in London.
She has worked for a Digital Marketing Company and will be responsible for the web site and other Digital Marketing Strategies. 

Robert Joseph Peter Tedaldi
BA Art & Design

Interior Design
Gofer and tidy upper. Special responsibility: pointing out problems! 
He owns an Interior Design & Mural Company and has been described by the Daily Telegraph as England’s top Mural Artist. He has also had personal recommendations from Laurence Lewellyn Bowen. He has worked for Hamleys, Alton Towers and Karen Bradey. He may have a thing or two to say about the interiors.
