Have you been landed with a property that you can’t or don’t want to manage? Do you not want to or can’t sell it? We may be able to offer you an alternative. Whatever your property problem whether home owner or landlord we may be able to help. Whether or not we buy or rent your property we will be happy to book an appointment and come up with a solution for you. 

We will buy it:

Is your house just too worn out to be appealing on the property market? Or maybe you just don’t want to deal with estate agents and their fees? Have you had a sale fall through and need a quick sale? We will outright buy your house! We like dusty old houses and new(ish) ones alike, talk to us and we will have a look. This option is great if you just want a hassle free straight forward sale. 

We will rent it:

Not ready to sell? Bad experience with letting agents? Tenants seem risky and high maintenance? We can “rent” your property from you and rent it onto someone else. This is not subletting; in law we will act as a property manager. We can offer close to the rent you would get for a standard single let but we pay rent whether or not there are voids and handle ALL maintenance issues. This option is great if you want to create a cash flow from your property or let the equity grow but do absolutely NO work. 

We will rent it and buy it:

We can rent your property as described above but agree the option for us to buy the property after a set number of years. This means you can take advantage of a rental income and then sell at a predetermined price agreed with a predetermined buyer (us!). This takes out almost all the risk of putting the property on the open market. It is a great option for the risk adverse and those who will need consistent cash now and big cash later. 

We won’t buy it or rent it:

If for whatever reason we end up agreeing that we won’t rent or buy it we can still help with an assisted sale! This depends on your personal needs and the needs of your property. It could involve us organising and carrying out a refurbishment with our own trusted team or even creating professional advertising to make your property look more appealing on the open market. This is a great option if you want to take a traditional route but you’re not achieving the price that you want for your property.
