We provide outstanding rental homes for students. Our homes are modern, up to date and freshly renovated. We are active and attentive landlords and pride ourselves on the care we show our student tenants in their early experiences away from the family home. 

Each property has been carefully renovated considering the latest interior design elements. Our own Robert Tedaldi has his own Interior Design & Mural Company and has been described by the Daily Telegraph as England’s top Mural Artist. He has also had personal recommendations from Laurence Lewellyn Bowen. He has worked for Hamleys, Alton Towers and Karen Bradey. 

We endeavour to go above and beyond for students renting our properties. Throughout our experience as student landlords we have provided a whole range of support related to living away from the family home in the early years. We use up to date communication methods that make it easy and simple for our student tenants to contact us with any queries or worries. Our bills are all inclusive. This includes: gas, water, electricity, Virgin broadband and TV license. We are available 24/7 for emergencies. We have our own dedicated team of contractors available for any repairs or maintenance needed which the tenants will have direct access to.
